I just purchased my first home ever, and I started off pretty uneducated in the process. Heather was the perfect person to work with! She broke down the entire process for me. From answering my basic real estate questions to recommending lenders, inspectors, and lawyers. Buying a house is the biggest purchase I’ve made in my life so far, and Heather made this HUGE step seem like a series of baby steps. Heather was always available and ready to help. Any time I wanted to look at a house, I would contact her, and we’d be there the next day (or even THAT day). She’s committed. She wants to learn your tastes, see what you like and dislike about a house, and get an idea of homes that you, personally, would love. I can be pretty particular about things, and Heather was ever-so-patient with me. She put no pressure on me to settle on a home that I didn’t love. We looked at PLENTY of homes until I found the one that was right for me. If you are a first-time home buyer, or just want to work with someone who will keep your best interests in mind, Heather is for you. I cannot recommend Heather Witt enough!
